Suburban Police Force Stages Mock Shooting Drill At Mall
And Despite the rain and early morning hours, a lot of citizen volunteers showed up to be either victims or suspects.At least they're being proactive. I guess that's why there clearance rate for violent crimes is so high. A lot of high powered people reside in Skokie. When violence occurs in most cities it can take a while to get warrants to kick in doors. I've seen first hand how this not apply to Skokie. They get "kick door" warrants within minutes. LOL! Scary how efficient they are for a small town. Very proactive and aggressive police force. Take Heed. They don't mess around.
